I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples (including all preferences) and family therapy. I maintain a private practice in the city of Laguna Niguel, California and have over 13 years of experience in the field of mental health. I am a graduate of the California School of Professional Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy, and am currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. My areas of expertise include, but are not limited to; adolescents in crisis and conflict, symptoms of depression and anxiety, couple and family conflicts (including gay, lesbian and straight couples counseling), career and relationship building, and self-esteem issues.
In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, I have also served as the senior therapist at one of the largest non profits in Orange County, Community Service Program (CSP). My work at CSP was focused on assisting emotionally disturbed teenagers and their families.
I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach aims to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I like to integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach which is tailored to each client. I strongly believe that compassion, humor, and understanding are critical in assisting my clients. My goal is to help individuals build on their strengths in order to attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
